ABOUT ME

My work is mostly related to translation services in the field of immigration. I translate documents for asylum and adjustment of status applications, fiancee visas, O1 and EB1/EB2 visas, and other types of petitions.

I also provide interpretation services at the interviews at USCIS field offices in Philadelphia, PA and Mount Laurel, NJ, and at Asylum Offices in Newark, NJ and New York, NY.

I have been working as a translator for over 23 years. Shortly before graduating from my Alma Mater, Nizhny Novgorod Linguistic University, I started my career as a leading translator in a joint Russian-Canadian company in Nizhny Novgorod. I did translations for the project of the first world-class hotel in my city.

Then, as an interpreter, I took part in receptions for ambassadors, bankers, and businessmen at the Center for Business People "The Royal Pavilion" in Nizhny Novdorod, also working on the translations of documentation and advertising materials.

In  early 2000s, I worked as a subtitle translator at Elrom Studios in Israel, and then - in Russian newspapers in Philadelphia.

In 2004, after joining the Law Office of John J. Gallagher in Philadelphia, I started translating for immigration clients and international projects. The experience this office gave me was invaluable and allowed me to participate in numerous exciting projects. Beginning from 2014, I have been working as an independent translator.

In 2015, I graduated from the Bridging the Gap: Medical Interpreter Training - a course presented by Nationalities Service Center. NSC's interview with me presented a unique opportunity for me to thank the Center for the knowledge they shared with me and a chance to give a glimpse into the life of a translator/interpreter. I worked on interpretation assignments from NSC for a few years and am proud to have been able to provide my services to this wonderful organization.
